In Hamburg, a mixed-use urban district with a wide range of attractive housing offers is being constructed on a 7.3-hectare site across from the former Stellingen Town Hall. The planned ensemble of buildings will share a ground-floor zone that includes commercial areas, retail, office space and service facilities, as well as a community building featuring a youth club and a senior center.
Above this base zone, six- to eight-story residential buildings will be built along the road. A sequence of four interior courtyards, directly connected and accessible from every stairway, offers the best possible quality of living.
